We do this by transforming outdated, complex, legal and regulatory frameworks into user-centered, tech driven, compliant scalable solutions that deliver impact.

HORISENT is the culmination of passion and professional experience of its founder Dialika Camara. She is a U.S and E.U trained lawyer with over 10+ years of experience building and scaling Fintech solutions and leading global teams. Her interdisciplinary education in political science, law and business and professional experience in the Fintech sector allows her to speak the language of both regulators and innovators and serve as a bridge between the two. This skill leads to a deep understanding of how to design the inclusive financial systems and products that connect people through capital and bring life to ideas to life and is at the heart of what Horisent brings to it clients
